Since 2007, Speak involves a number of discrete stages including an initial story, idea, or commission, through screenwriting, casting, shooting, sound recording and pre-production, editing, and screening the finished product before an audience that may result in a program and a film release.

株式会社スピークは、映像制作会社として2007年より事業を展開しています。映像制作会社なのに、なぜ「スピーク（話す）」なのか。それは「目は口ほどに物を言う（The eyes have one language everywhere）」という諺が教えてくれます。映像は、対象が撮れていて、字幕に説明が書かれていれば良い、という気持ちでは伝わらない。視覚から、被写体が語りかけ、音声から、テロップから、深い思いが感じられる。映像を通して視聴者の心に語りかけてくる。私たちは、そんな作品を作りたいと考えています。
